we have an 8cup thermal coffee maker by Gevalia which is getting the worse for the ware, how can I go about replacing it?
Hi Ronald, as much as I love the carafe as well, they have unfortunately discontinued them for the time being. Apparently too many carafe’s have broken, so instead they are promoting a black ceramic canister with the current promotion. I believe the carafe will return in a few months however
